“What we do, and what we put into our bodies, has a direct impact on the way we feel.” To prove the point, Rick, a health enthusiast, is contrasted with his friend Tina, a nightclubbing, smoking, convenience-food junkie. Over the course of this video, Rick combines kind concern and tough love to help get Tina eating better and exercising. A strong anti-substance abuse message is also included. The bottom line?
