Preserving quality of life and independence is a goal for people with disabilities and those who care for them. This series provides a basic, practical reference for caregivers assisting individuals with either physical or mental disabilities. The programs use helpful demonstrations and computer graphics to illustrate techniques and concerns. In addition, there are many illuminating interviews with doctors, caregivers, parents, spouses, and those overcoming disabilities.
