It continues with a look at how laser light differs from normal white light and uses graphics to explain key concepts. Using computer animation, it then points out the various parts of a laser and how a laser system works. Finally, it examines the use of lasers in a variety of everyday situations, from grocery store scanners to construction trade applications. One 13-minute video.
