Internal affairs of sovereign nations are no longer off limits to the global community, and the principle of humanitarian intervention is gaining widespread acceptance. This program documents the efforts of nongovernmental organizations such as Oxfam and the World Wildlife Fund to take collective action on issues of international importance, including homelessness, environmental stewardship, and equitable trade.
