Mathemedia is a comprehensive pre-algebra curriculum consisting of twelve programs focusing on key mathematical principles that apply to real-life situations. Difficult concepts are illustrated by dramatic segments in which characters use math to solve common problems. Animated computer graphics help students visualize the problems and solutions.

Mathemedia was developed to meet the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics’ Curriculum and Evaluation Standards for School Mathematics, and materials correlate to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Secretary’s Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills report.
