This outstanding series of geopolitical programs features case studies that address problems and issues common to various developing countries throughout the world. Each program has three country segments on a different developing nation. The case studies themselves focus on issues as timely as today’s headlines––peaceful resolutions of conflicts, the environment, economic stability, human rights, and political participation. Each study puts an interesting cultural spin on similar problems, which leads to comparisons and further research and writing activities. 4-part series, 30-33 minutes each.
